Challenge

Canal Digital’s specialists and founders were managing a complex ecosystem — including Google, Meta, and TikTok Ads — alongside ClickUp task management, Supermetrics reporting,
and client communications.
 
Despite a structured SOP, much of the process relied on manual data handling, status updates, and report building, which limited scale and slowed down client onboarding and
optimization cycles.
 
Key pain points identified: ● Manual ClickUp task creation and reporting.
● Delays in campaign QA and post-launch monitoring.
● High operational overhead in onboarding and communication syncs.
● Lack of AI-assisted insights for media strategy and reporting accuracy.

● 72-hour stabilization monitor using AI anomaly detection.
● Daily automated summaries delivered to founders and specialists.
